March’s News
Welcome to our Newsletter. We have a lot of exciting things planned across the nursery to make the most of the beautiful spring time.
Babies
This month in Baby Room, our topic is ‘Spring and New Life!’ In addition to singing and story time activities, the babies will also have the opportunity to get super messy and creative in their play! We will be painting our very own bumble bees, caterpillars and dragon flies using a lot of beautiful colours to go up on our display board and will also be decorating Easter cards to take home.
As well as all of our exciting arts and crafts activities, the babies will also get the chance to see and feed some baby animals at the local farm. I wonder what we’ll see?
Tweenies
This month, our topic is ‘Spring!’ We have plenty of fun and exciting activities planned for our Tweenies to teach them all about this lovely time of year! During circle times, we will be discussing how flowers bloom in the sunshine and will be making our very own to take home with us!
In addition to all of our exciting arts and crafts and messy play activities, the children will also have the opportunity to visit and feed some animals at the local farm. I wonder what we’ll see?
Pre-school
This month in Pre-School, our topic is ‘Spring and New Life!’ During circle times, we will be talking all about the different baby animals that are born around this time of year and will be discussing our favourites. The children will also be able to observe how ants transport the lovely lush leaves from the trees to their ant hill through our very own ant house. How exciting!
Additionally, the children will also have the opportunity to get imaginative and creative in their play as they take part in various arts and crafts and small world activities. We can’t wait to see what you make!
